If there were a medication proven to improve bone density, metabolic health, mobility, balance, and long-term independence.... everyone would take it.
 
But the tool that really delivers all this already exists. It's strength training.
 
Lifting heavy at least twice per week is one of the most effective ways to preserve muscle, protect your joints, and maintain the ability to do the things you love for decades to come.
 
-       Injured? Resistance training is part of the solution, not the problem.
-       Need more confidence and support? Join a small group to get precision in movement before you load up.
-       Afraid of getting “bulky”? Women simply don't have the testosterone to accidentally look like bodybuilders. You will actually just get a lean physique, strong bones, and greater confidence.
-       Prefer cardio? Sorry…you still need to strength train. You will move better, be injury-resistant, and continue doing the cardio you love, longer.
