Spring is here, Summer is approaching, and NOW is the time for . There are stages to change, and behaviors are base on your current stage of change.

1. Pre-Contemplation- Not intending to take action, and not considering the benefits of change
2. Contemplation- Consider negative consequences of behaviors, and considering change in the next 6 months
3. Preparation- Developed a plan of action toward change, and will implement it in the next 30 days
4. Action- Actively making changes (Regularly/ less than 60 days)
5. maintenance-Actively maintaining the changes, and new behaviors have been established for 6 months or more
