CrossFit City of Lakes CrossFit City of Lakes is a Community of athletes. Our coaches seek to assist every member of our community in reaching their specific fitness goals!

CrossFit City of Lakes, also known as COL, is a fitness community utilizing constantly varied functional movement performed at high intensity in a coach led group fitness class. As a CrossFit gym we train everyone to use constantly varied, functional movements in a high intensity environment which provides fitness results to athletes of all skill levels and experience.

This Saturday we have our annual Hero WOD marathon!

Before that…we have a pelvic floor seminar at 8:30am with Lexi from Onward PT. If you didn’t hear, Onward PT has been named PT of the 2026 CrossFit Games. Lexi, specially has her CF-L3 and is Onward’s pelvic floor specialist.

This seminar is free and for anyone!
