Sacramento Traditional Shotokan Karate Sensei John Leggett, 7th Dan - Shotokan Karate. We have two classes a week on Tuesday and Thursday night for adults and teens from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM

Training in karate for well over 30 years. 7th dan in Shotokan karate. Shodan in Budo Taijutsu. Professional trumpet player (mostly classical), and work in IT, Security Compliance for Williams Sonoma, Inc.

Looks like I will be doing a seminar for the Pacific Northwest Karate Association in Corvallis, Oregon, tentatively scheduled for October 9th and 10. Also looking forward to the seminar at the end of May with Sensei Toru Shimoji in Portland.
