Next weekend, these senior women will graduate from Salem College. The group at this table celebrated a special lunch today to remember that THEY made Salem College Athletic History. The 2012 Women's Volleyball team was the first team, in any sport, to win a conference championship and advance to the first round of the NCAA playoffs. Chelsea Jones pictured in front, was the first athlete to ever be named most valuable player of the conference championship. I could not be more proud to be associated with this group of young women.

Winston-Salem, NC-Head Salem College Volleyball Coach, Dana Wall, has announced her retirement from coaching. She spent three seasons at Salem, and won two Great South Regular Season Titles and two GSAC Tournaments. Her teams advanced to the NCAA Tournament twice.
