🍗 Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring.

The goal isn’t to eat perfectly—it’s to eat consistently.

Healthy Buffalo Chicken Bowl

Servings: 1
Calories: ~450
Protein: ~42g
Carbs: ~28g
Fat: ~18g

Ingredients

* 5 oz grilled chicken breast, cooked and sliced
* 1 tbsp buffalo sauce
* 1 tbsp light ranch dressing
* 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
* ½ cucumber, sliced
* 5 oz baby potatoes
* 1 tsp olive oil
* Salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste
* Optional: green onions for garnish

Directions

1. Roast the Potatoes
* Toss baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
* Bake or air fry at 400°F for 18-22 minutes until golden brown.
2. Prepare the Chicken
* Grill, bake, or air fry chicken breast.
* Slice and toss with buffalo sauce.
3. Build the Bowl
* Add romaine lettuce to a bowl.
* Top with sliced cucumbers.
* Add roasted potatoes.
* Place buffalo chicken on top.
4. Finish
* Drizzle with light ranch dressing.
* Garnish with green onions if desired.
