🎾 Game, Set, Spring! Junior Group Tennis Lessons Are Here! 🎾

Get your kids moving, learning, and having a blast on the court with spring Junior Group Lessons at Riverside Tennis Center! Whether they’re picking up a racquet for the first time or ready to sharpen their skills, we’ve got a class for every age and ability level.

👟 Tots (ages 4–7)
Perfect for beginners! Kids build motor skills and hand-eye coordination while learning tennis basics, rules, and scoring using kid-friendly equipment like smaller nets, racquets, and low-compression balls.

🎾 Beginner I (ages 8–12)
New to tennis? This class focuses on fundamentals—proper technique, stroke production, and rules of the game—while keeping things fun with lots of play and beginner-friendly rally games.

🔥 Intermediate (ages 10–16)
Ready to level up? Players work on strategy, serving, stroke development, and match play for both singles and doubles. Instructor approval required.

Last week we were able to celebrate our two senior tennis players, Jack Loibl and Tyler Huneycutt. Thank you both for your hard work and dedication to the sport, your team, and your school!

Jack will be heading to Friends University to continue his tennis career and Tyler will be heading to Tulsa University for academics.

Tiger Tennis took a trip to the past today. To end practice we spent about 15 minutes playing one of the favorite drills, Kings, (Hat Trick to some of you other tennis coaches) only with a twist...the champions had to use wooden rackets! They had some fun with this one. Thank you to everyone that donated the older rackets! We are still looking for some more wooden rackets. If you have one you'd like to donate, please contact Coach Fluty or Coach Dixon.
