After your order is placed, a UIP representative will contact you to confirm your mailing address and payment over the phone. We will then mail your ticket stub directly to you.

The Upstate Ice Plex continues to move forward.

In recent weeks, we’ve been in active conversation with high‑ranking leadership teams across the region to share the UIP mission and the broad community and economic impact this project delivers. The discussions have been productive and aligned around a shared goal: expanding opportunities for our youth, strengthening the regional economy, and building a facility that serves families across the entire area.

We’re grateful for the engagement and will continue advancing this mission with purpose.
