Apologies. As FBk doesn't advertise itself as a time vacuum that it inherently is, avoidance is, well, pretty constant. YET, a secondary Doc Patton Scramble is happening at the course for Saturday. Unfortunately, for the slight of HEAT, there's gonna be 3 foursomes a hole...for a tourney that would get you an extra hour at the work place, yet you're workin to get your team to the finishline (8:00 start to more than likely, a 5:00 finish...playoffs not included) the battle will be hearty. It is easy to believe that the essence of Doc will be close by. Yet, with the not so cool temperatures involved, some EMTs, in whatever capacity, would be loved for being close by. Some peat moss bag sized saline pouches would be welcomed. No matter what, the greatness of ole Boppie will be enjoyed, regardless. Can't love your community like he did and not have many love you back. A great day it will be!

Finally able to get back on Facebook. Break the legs of whoever's doin all these rain dances! Dry air and wind is dryin up the course a good bit...finally. Don't get to mess with FBk too much but will try to check in here and there. Glad to finally be back

This Saturday, we have the Loyal order of Moose tournament happening. 9:00 start and should go on through 2-3 o'clock till we can start open golf back up. Hoping for good weather for the outing

Hoping for good weather this holiday weekend. Looking forward to seeing people coming out to play. Looks like some comfortable temperatures for people to come out to the 'Hills. Safe travels to all this weekend. Also, to note, there's no tournaments scheduled for the weekend.

Even with the dandelion problem, a cut on the greens seems to have 'em rolling pretty smooth today. After the rain, approach shots'll be sticking today...no Pro-V necessary!

What makes a good (great) Christmas. Swattin a couple holes with the wonderful wee one...droppin a 15-20 ft'r, and "tic tic tic tic tic tic'n" a "putted" driver across the "frozen tundra" 9th for a putt...aw damn it...just 8 in off to the right to miss a frigid birdie...aw well, grand to swat 'em on Christmas day with my cute one. Really hopin all of your Christmas day had a similar magic involved (as it should). Well, it is Christmas, after all. Best to all 🎄

Trimble Textbook Foundations tournament is this Saturday the 5th. Help initial organizer Sam Jones to bring in a good year for showing up to get a Wonderbar Hot Dog or 9 along with some pretty righteous soup beans with cornbread (hopefully jalapeno type also) and help them get to an all time high of donations (meals cost being donatable also) to help the cause of providing a great help and assistance to the students of Trimble get to have things that other "big city types" get to give to THEIR kids while not having to overcome what we have to. Show your support and stop out to help give to a really great cause. Thanks to all of you that do show up and help out
