Our CFCA Kids program is back! Starting on September 11, kids (ages 6-13) will focus on skills, confidence, fun and develop a lifelong love of moving and exercise! Classes will run on Tuesday and Thursdays from 3:30 - 4:15. Online registration coming soon!

Warm up: med ball roll and burpees

Skill: hollow hold and superman hold

WOD: Obstacle Course
1 wall walk
zig zag spring length of gym
10 hard pulls on ski machine
bearcrawl to tires
"in and out" of 4 tires (athletes choose how they want to do this, step, jump, etc.)

Warm up: 4 min on machine of choice, then coach led dynamic stretches.

Skill: TGU

WOD: Obstacle Course: 4 rounds each
10 wall balls
zig zag sprint length of gym
5 cals on ski
bear crawl to air dyne
10 cals on air dyne

Skill/Challenge: Tabata core. Athletes alternate between hollow hold and "superman."
