Meet one of our original CrossFit Globe–Cobre Valley Legends, Sandy Brewer! Sandy will be 87 years young next month, and she still loves getting upside down on the rings! 🤸‍♀️🔥

Sandy shows up to class ready to work, ready to be challenged, and ready to prove that strength has no age limit.

Staying active as we age is about so much more than a workout. It’s about maintaining strength, balance, mobility, independence, and confidence to keep doing the things you love. CrossFit can be scaled for every age and ability, making it possible to keep moving, building strength, and challenging yourself well into your 70s, 80s, and beyond.

Sandy is living proof that you’re never too old to get stronger—or even get upside down! ❤️💪
