I haven't posted anything in a while.
This is busy time for everyone.
Why not take an hour or two a week just for you and come to a yoga class.
Mondays and/or Wednesdays 9am -10am at the Glide Community Center.

With sunny days a person needs to get out in the fresh spring air.
Go for a walk, plant flowers, start a vegetable garden. Come to a yoga class. It helps with the aches and pains of these activities. Meet new people.

Punch cards now available. Instead of paying by the month buy a set of four classes good for six weeks or set of eight classes good for eight weeks.
