Glacial Ridge Wellness Center OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Our facility is always staffed during business hours. Need a boost or don’t know where to start?

The friendly and knowledgeable team is ready to help you with all your fitness and health needs. The Glacial Ridge Wellness Center is a complete exercise facility offering members a variety of cardio and weight training equipment as well group fitness classes designed for all ages and abilities. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to assist you and answer any questions. Our muscular strength and cardiovascular equipment include free weights, multi-station machines, treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines, and more. If group fitness classes are more your style, we offer everything from cardio and strength training classes including High-Intensity Interval Training, Body Fit, PiYo (Pilates/Yoga), Aqua Fit (in the pool of course), and a variety of SilverSneakers sessions. We always have challenges going on to help get you going and stay on track. Our certified personal trainers offer both individual and group personal training sessions. They will thoroughly assess your situation and carefully consider your goals to plan a customized, individualized and unique fitness program, enabling you to improve your fitness level and change your body. Your Personal Trainer will build a meaningful partnership with you to empower you, assist you, encourage you, and push you to achieve your personal goals. You will feel better, move better and look better with an improved quality of life! The facility has full men’s and women’s locker rooms and is always staffed. As part of the Glacial Ridge Hospital building project in 2014, our wellness center expanded and is a clean and modern facility with additional equipment.

A brisk walk can boost brain function and help reduce stress and anxiety. The perfect way to help you get through the work day!

Prefer to stay indoors? Kelly will still be offering a fitness class at 12:15 PM. (Class membership required).
