Adventure Race Glenwood All the information you need for the first Adventure Race in Glenwood Iowa! Welcome to the first ever Glenwood Adventure Race. Check in time is 6:30 a.m.

Below are the rules and checkpoint information for the race. There are two categories for the race, 4 hour Sport Race and 8 hour Adventure Race. Divisions consist of solo male, solo female, 2 person teams. Solo racers will need to provide their own kayak, paddles, and life jacket. Race checkpoint coordinates will be distributed then. The race will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m. The race will consist of running, biking, canoeing, navigating, and orienteering to find checkpoints in the allotted time frame. This is an unsupported race. Racers will need to bring everything they feel is necessary to complete the course.
