Good news, everyone!

We've decided to expand our class availability for the summer. We'll now have classes available 4 days a week: Mon and Wed at 7pm, along with our current Tue/Thu offerings at 6pm and 7:30pm.

If you're interested and the current schedule doesn't work for you, feel free to send us a message with what does and we'll do our best to accommodate you. Let's get started!

what a great night! very proud of my fighters and grateful for the support of their families as they have marked their first step on what i hope will be a lifelong journey of learning, self discovery, and gaining confidence.
