🌞 Happy Saturday 🤲🏼✨

🌿 Rooted Minds has had some much needed rest over the last few months & while I havent quite figured out how I want to show up in the social media space, I am feeling called to branch out a bit.

🪷 I nearly worked myself sick this last year after forgetting that my service to others must always include myself. ❤️‍🩹 Much of my work has been within in the walls of the locals hospitals, supporting caregivers of all types but now Id like to open some offerings up to my community.

💻 Ive been transitioning into my work from home job since June & will continue that full time — while maintaining my role as a mom and a wife 🤪 but there is space for 1-2 sessions a week & I will open my schedule up in 5-6 weeks increments.

It is with great love that I close out 2023 after facilitating a total of 115 1:1 coaching sessions for local Caregivers in Southwest Iowa, all while being a caregiver myself.

In 2024, I roll into my 20th year as a healthcare worker & my 9th year as an ICU nurse so I speak from experience when I say mental health support is needed for our caregivers.

〰️ Ilona Holland with Life Dimensions and I, Janaye Decker will be hosting a 3 hour workshop where we will offer a variety of games, activities, and exercises that will support you in understanding your unique response to everyday stressors.

🔎 Together, we will help you recognize how the state of your nervous system is filtered through your past experiences & how it influences the way you navigate difficult situations.
