Being over 40 there are a few items I buy often to help maintain hormone health. Also a my grab and go fix for added protein. I prefer to get protein from my actual meals, but sometimes I'm in a hurry.

Ok- book 1 …
Really liked it. Perfectly timed read with Independence Day- a reminder of how America does not always honor its hero’s- especially the female ones. I recall the stories of the ‘Balad Squad’. Jeff talked often about the challenges they faced in Iraq. This story made me think of one of the woman who served with him- Vanessa Vargas. I hope her heart is full and happy all this time later.
