⚽ Winter Break Soccer Camps – P2 Soccer ⚽

Looking for a fun way to keep the kids active during winter break? P2 Soccer is offering full-day, one-day soccer camps on:

📅 December 22, 23, 29 & 30
⏰ 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
👧🧒 Ages 4–14

Each day includes a mix of soccer drills, scrimmages, and fun games designed to keep players engaged. Players will be grouped by age, and friend requests are welcome.

💵 $99 per player, per day
💥 $299 for all four days

On Saturday, our board had the opportunity to thank several key members of our organization for their dedication to Glenview AYSO.

After 19 years, Paul is stepping down from the board. Over the years he’s held various roles within our organization including Referee Admin and Coach Admin. More than likely, if you are a referee today, Paul helped you become certified, or he trained the person who helped you! Paul also performed many of our on field certification classes for our coaching staff. We are so thankful that he’s been a driving force behind the education of our volunteer staff. Hopefully we’ll still see Paul on the fields this spring, picking up a reffing gig, or just out enjoying a Soccer Saturday!

Emma earned Youth Referee of the Year! Emma proactively went after her refereeing certification, and was able to be a positive role model on the fields this season. We can’t do this without volunteers, and it’s always a joy when our youth volunteer their time. Thank you, Emma!

Finally, Beth is stepping down as our Regional Commissioner, after 4 strong seasons. Before RC, Beth volunteered within AYSO on the board, coached both her children’s teams, and became a certified referee. Being the Regional Commissioner is a thankless job, and she led with grace. Words cannot adequately express how much she has done for the organization. Beth is leaving AYSO in good hands with Adam stepping into the role.

It's very snowy today but Spring is JUST AROUND THE CORNER! Spring-only registration will open January 15th!

All new players will be waitlisted until we can confirm there are spots available. Teams stay the same from fall to spring. If you played in the fall and no longer want to play this spring, please email [email protected]

We will make new teams if we have enough players and volunteer coaches.

Though its getting cold outside, there are many opportunities to still play the sport we all love, indoors! Here are some offerings from P2 soccer for this winter:

Weekly skills sessions every Saturday beginning December 7 (we have 10 spots left in the 2:30 class; everything else is sold out)
Holiday one-day camps (December 23, 27, 30, and January 1, 2, 3)

As a reminder, all sessions are indoors at Diamond Instincts in Northbrook. Professional trainers from P2 Soccer will coach players.
