I did it! First Spartan 💪🏼 crushed it! Conquered all the walls and monkey bars! Failed the rings, rope climb and spear throw. No worries I’ll come back and crush it next time!

I am obsessed! I will try to do a chin up every where and anywhere! After having surgery in March my strength(especially my grip strength) had vanished. I was determined to get it back. I’ve been working hard and today was a tremendous accomplishment! I’m proud of myself! Keep working! 💪🏼
