Whether it be an air bike , ski erg , treadmill…whatever choice of cardio it may be….short burst “sprints”.
Science is still catching up to what I already know. I routinely have clients , other trainers , etc tell me how they just read things I’ve been saying and doing for years.
Please know….in the health and fitness , personal training , strength and conditioning space, there are way more charlatans than actual professionals. Right now in the industry we’re suffering from newbies in the game regurgitating information from the 1980s like it’s profound and groundbreaking. Which is a direct indication of the previous generation doing a bad job at handing the profession off to the next and a direct indication that “Jenny Doe” worked out for 3 months , pays the same monthly gym membership at the local franchise gym and thinks that’s a qualification to get a tripod and an opinion just like 22 year old “Joey Doe” thinks a gym shark sleeveless shirt makes him a veteran of fitness authority.
Hire accordingly.
