双衝拳齊出難招擋，Double fist strikes are hard to block.
When you are being grabbed. You need to act quickly before the attacker start punching, kicking or throw you around. Don't worry about breaking the hold. Actually, you already know where the hands are. I get my balance first and then push off from the ground the body propel forward and at the same time double straight punch to his nose and solar plexus. Since my hands are up, I would finish with double hammer fists to the collar bone.
