8:30am M/W/F is the new class time! Drop the kids off at school, come straight to the gym, and get a fantastic workout in!

These three have been choosing healthier lifestyles with Jonah month after month and they are THRIVING! Paulla has been attending Jonah’s class three times a week from the beginning. She trains like a beast with no complaints. Todd and Scott have reached strength and mobility goals they never dreamed were possible before Jonah.

We are so thankful to have all of them at Empire, keep going!!

— The south door (closest to Roast House Coffee) is fixed and operating like normal! It’s also been adjusted so it’s not so hard to close and it won’t slam.
