— To all of our members, new and old, we want to say thank you for choosing us!

We also want to remind everyone we are a FAMILY facility. This means we are inclusive to all people of all stages of physical health. Beginners, advanced, new, and life-long exercisers.

We are NOT solely a body building gym. We are not entertaining posing rooms. We have “empty” rooms that will have other purposes.

— Happy announcements 🎉💃🏻

1. Our other treadmills on the new side are up and ready to be used! We will be moving all cardio equipment to the new side in the next couple weeks.

**PLEASE, PLEASE be mindful and careful around the cords for the treadmills and stair masters. We have them taped down and covered for the time being until we get everything moved around in the next couple weeks but they are done so loosely. All cardio equipment will be moved to the new side soon**

2. Go to our pinned merchandise post to see our newest surprise!! We have not test ordered any yet so hopefully they turn out well. Let us know!!

— IT’S HERE!! 🎉🎉🎉

Edit to add: if it rains we will not be cooking.

If you’ve been in the gym in the last week you’ve probably heard yelling, things slamming, and who knows what else. Things to note for tomorrow’s second “grand opening”:

1. Our electrician stood us up today. We were not able to hang TVs or have the breaker box adjusted to power all of our new treadmills all at once.

* The stairclimbers are on the new side and CAN be used!*

2. Please excuse our dust. We have tried to keep it contained but some of it is out of our hands. We are actively doing what we can to keep everything as clean as possible.

We are so excited to see everyone tomorrow. Friends work out for free and we have FREE MERCH TO GIVE AWAY!! See yall there.

— ✨ May Members of the Month ✨

In honor of Mother’s Day this year, our members of the month for May are all of our female members. Each one is a mother, a daughter, an aunt, a grandmother, a sister, a cousin, or some kind of a motherly figure to someone, and all make the world go round.

It’s not easy taking care of so many things in each of our family’s lives but it all gets done. All of our female members take an hour out of their days to take care of themselves so they can take care of everyone else the remainder 23 hours of the day.

We are so lucky to have so many great mother figures come through our doors everyday.

— Member Appreciation Cookout Announcement 🔈

1. We would like to say THANK YOU to our members for being so patient. With all the construction, roof leaks, mud, etc we understand things have been a little messy the last week or so. We are working hard to keep it as clean as we can while also getting the other side ready.

2. Our cookout event is scheduled for:

🗓️Saturday, June 6 from 11-1:30pm🗓️

Food and drinks will be provided. Bring your friends!

3. Make sure to complete the Murph Challenge tomorrow in honor of Memorial Day. The workout will be posted on the board.

— It’s a good day for a new set of ✨ KEYS ✨

It’s been a long journey to get this key but it’s so worth it!!

We have to have building inspections first and foremost and once those are completed we will be moving stuff in. Please be patient with us while we work tirelessly to get everything perfect for you. Thanks for sticking with us!
