I started my homeschool class 3 years ago and these two have invested fully from the moment they walked in the door on day one. We track on the board but it hits different when you get to see the physical difference in strength.

A little over 2 years ago I started a weightlifting class for homeschool students. Most of them having never stepped in a gym. Over that time we have worked on learning proper form, understanding programing and weight progressions, setting goals and learning how to achieve them. Isaac here had his goal set for the 1000 # club. He has fought for every pound and I couldn't be more proud of him. His motivation and drive has been awesome to watch and I'm proud to be just a small part of what he has accomplished. Good job Isaac.

Proud moment for my Momma! She's gone a while untrained and she finally decided to regain some strength and mobility back. This is her first big lift since starting back an I couldn't be more proud of her accomplishments so far!
