We knew this day would come. It comes for everybody. But it's no less sad. Ed Ryan has now left us, but he leaves a legacy of having created a special place. Not just "the place where I work out", but a place where people interacted, laughed, joked, busted each other, spotted each other, worked in with each other, traded knowledge and experience. A place that was as good for your heart and mind as it was for your body. A place where you felt at home. Time moves on, life moves on, and we need to move along with it. But those of us who passed through Ryan's Gym can surely appreciate our good fortune of having the time and experience we had there. Rest in Peace, Big Ed. And thanks!

It is with shock and sadness that we must report to all of our members and friends that our first and only official notice Or communication from our landlord and Interboro Barbershop owner Richie and Patty Harpster arrived in a form of a text message letting us know that they have signed an agreement of sale and plan on settling quickly, Initially we were given 4 days to coordinate and vacate the premises, with no new place to go we are scrambling to try and get additional time from the landlords attorney to relocate thousands of pounds in weights and equipment, if any of you know of a possible new location please do not hesitate to bring the idea forward.

As of the date of this notice all memberships are frozen, please do not send any addition payments via cash,check or Venmo. Please be patient with us as we try to navigate this very difficult situation.
