Hands down the best pheasant hunting guide I’ve ever used. The people here are genuinely some of the nicest you’ll meet, and their knowledge and skill when it comes to pheasant hunting is unmatched. The guides clearly know the land, the birds, and how to put you in the best possible position for a successful hunt.

The lodge was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of — a great place to relax after a long day in the field. And the dogs were absolutely incredible: well-trained, hardworking, and a huge part of what made the hunts so enjoyable and productive.

If you’re looking for a top-tier pheasant hunting experience in the Glenham, South Dakota area, I couldn’t recommend this outfit more. I’ll definitely be back.

Teddy and his wonderful mom, Robin, make it clear that you’re not just a guest – you’re a welcome member of their close-knit family. This is exactly what sets Pheasant Cove apart from other hunting outfitters.

Their attention to detail, the quality of the hunts, and the overall experience are second to none. Teddy’s knowledge and passion for hunting are truly infectious. Whether you’re a seasoned hunter or a first-timer, he takes the time to make sure you feel comfortable and equipped for success. Robin’s warm hospitality and heartwarming presence make the experience feel like you’re visiting old friends, not just an outfitting service.

The hunts themselves are nothing short of incredible. The terrain is stunning, the bird populations are healthy, and the guides know exactly where to go for the best chances of a successful and memorable day.
