Thursday 5:30 Megyen's Yoga Room for Yoga for EveryBODY. This is a beginner focused class that is open to all levels. Please sign up on Megyen’s Yoga Room web page.
Friday 6:00 Fitness Zanesville for Breathe.

Gentle reminder that this week we begin our new payment structure at Hype Fitness. Students will pay the instructor, and the fee is $5 for gym members, and $10 for non-members.
