Hello Yogi's, Does anyone want to take a class for this Wednesday at the Japanese Community Center. I believe its in Walnut, but ask Pay is $40 for the class and you can contact, Lina Alf, (On my page) for times and info. Also, secure how you will be getting paid.

We have a big event in Glendora this weekend. I have 2 classes on Friday I would like covered so that I may work the event. Would someone like to cover my Yin class at 430 and my 615 candlelight flow?

Hello, I broke my phone a few days ago and have not been shipped another as of today. Who is covering my 9am and 1045 tomorrow while I am at a chamber meeting?

so, I am still not 100%. I am subbing for Phyllis Chakra Fusion Class at 615 but am unable to do it. Can anyone teach it with say a 40 min class and 30 min meditation focused on chakra balancing? A restorative class would also work.
