Morning health tip to get your mind going!!
When you struggle to eat healthy with a goal to lose weight and get healthier and say to yourself I don’t eat a lot of sweets, remember sugar has a lot of different names it goes by on labels, it is very likely you inadvertently over consume it without realizing it because it is in everything.
Sugar is added to iodized salt, which was a surprise to me, and why I use sea salt.
3 tbs of ketchup is not a lot.
