Charter Oak Gymnastics

Charter Oak Gymnastics Gliders Gymnastics is a children's gymnastics and fitness gym. Providing fun gymnastics and fitn The 18-month-old class is a parent participation class.

We offer fun gymnastics recreational classes for boys and girls from 18 months and up. Children 3 years old are in Monkeys and four and five-year-olds are in Tigers & Lions classes. Children 6 and older start in beginning classes and progress through our multi leveled program. We also offer tumbling, Urban Acrobatics and cheerleading classes and are always planning a special activity for the classes like sleepovers, camps, field trips and parties.

🏆🏅Western Nationals⛰️🥔
The Gliders had incredible performances out in Boise Idaho last weekend competing at their championship meet for this 2026 season.

Both Danielle and Kaitlynn hit all-time high PR’s.

The best part about the western championship meet is that the athletes who qualify to make the team (top 7 at regionals), are competing to represent Region 1 (California, Arizona, Nevada and Utah). Their teammates are other athletes from other gyms across the region and we compete as one big team and one big family! How cool is that! Both Danni and Kaitlyn had such great performances that their scores were pivotal is securing Region 1’s title as super team champions 🏆🥇 !
