Great outing in Williston for our DCC Cross Country crew! 🔥

The first race is in the books, and we’re just getting started. We saw some grit, some fight, and plenty to be excited about.

The summer work is done. Now it’s time to see if our Bucs can shake off those sea legs and find their race legs! ⚓️🔥

☠️ 𝐁𝐔𝐂𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐄𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐈𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐌𝐔𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘 ♻️

It didn’t take long for freshman 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐞 𝐊𝐚𝐚𝐬𝐚 to start making an impact in his new community!
Just two short weeks ago, Charlie arrived in Glendive and made 𝐃𝐚𝐰𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞. Now, the DCC Cross Country freshman is already giving back, volunteering his time with 𝐆𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐖𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞 (𝐆𝐑𝐎𝐖).

We love seeing our student-athletes embrace the community that supports them—and we especially appreciate GROW taking the time to recognize Charlie for lending a helping hand.

The DCC Cross Country team had a great time supporting National Night Out, connecting with local first responders and community members, enjoying great food, creating potted plants, and watching an awesome police demonstration.

Thank you, Glendive, for making us feel so welcome. We’re excited to represent this community and can’t wait to make you proud this season!

A couple of our DCC Cross Country and Track & Field first-year students, 𝗘𝘃𝗮 𝗛𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘀 and 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻, spent part of their weekend representing Dawson Community College at the Dawson County Fair. They did a fantastic job welcoming fairgoers, answering questions, and sharing what makes DCC such a special place.

At DCC Athletics, community service isn't just encouraged—it's part of who we are. Thank you, Eva and Daimen, for representing the Buccaneers with pride! ⚓💙💛
