Everyone gets busy during the holidays, and often, the first thing to go is their workout plan. This is what NOT to do!
You can’t train for 10 months and stop for 2 months without your fitness going backwards. If you go off track during the holiday season, don't give up. Just get right back to it… you will thank yourself once the new year begins! Drink tons of water, workout, get enough protein and sleep!
