Why brain training matters.

To be as coordinated on one side as the other is important when you hurt you dominant hand and function is limited.

Writing with my left hand used to be wayyyy worse, thankfully I have practiced.

Also throwing the ball for my dog, today looked a little different. 🤣
Made sure my husband couldn’t see me. 😜

How I became pain-free and back to playing again.

Conditioning looks different now for me. I now listen to my body and move in a range that feels safe on that day.
This is also how I work with my clients… a quick check in before we start and maybe a few adjustments to the plan before we begin. Strength in the body as a whole is more than just lifting some weights in the gym. It’s about connecting all systems that move you through your day.
Strength benefits more than muscle.
