Attention Hockey Players!!

Get ready for your Thanksgiving tournament by joining our 3 day Skills & Strength/Conditioning clinic.

Each day will consist of 90 minute workouts that will include:

🔺Stick Handling
🔺Passing
🔺Speed & Agility
🔺Mobility

Monday 11/20 - Wednesday 11/22

8u Players: 10am - 11:30am

10u & 12u Players: 2pm - 3:30pm

All 3 sessions - $120

Our popular “7 week Baseball Fundamentals” program is back! Starting this week we are ramping up this program to be able to offer it 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. You can sign up through our website, app, or by simply sending us a message through IG or email.

The program focus’ on helping players with proper mechanics in:

🔺Hitting
🔺Fielding
🔺Catching
🔺Throwing

Mondays
Ages 8-10: 4pm - 5pm
Ages 5-7: 5pm - 6pm

Thursday
Ages 5-7: 4pm - 5pm
Ages 8-10: 5pm - 6pm

We are currently working on schedules for Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.

Full Program - $280 ($40/class)
Drop ins - $50

Matt recently played Div 1 for Pepperdine University and is now looking at various options for the upcoming season.
