Happy Father's day!
Today Successfully complete the black belt fitness test (2 miles running, 50 push ups, 100 sit-ups, 50 burpees, 100 squats, 50 back jumps, 100 kicks, 50 raise up legs, 50 raise up chest) without injury. I am grateful and proud of you for not giving up and doing your best until the end.
