Hey, I know you! 👋 Have you been struggling with motivation? Finding it tough to stay consistent because “there’s always something else” that needs your time and energy? ⏰😩

I can list all kinds of time management tips here that may or may not resonate with you, but they most likely would still require you to get up, and just start, and sometimes that’s the hardest part.
What really helps ME stay on track is having an Accountability Buddy! 😃😃
Having that person doesn’t require much time management, and I’m making a commitment to someone other than myself, so I’m less likely to be “pulled away” to other tasks that, in all likelihood, can wait. (I’m looking at you, laundry!! 😉)
Bonus: an Accountability Buddy doesn’t even need to be “with” you! It can be as simple as a phone call or text commitment with your AB.
