May 29, 2021!!!!!!!!!!

I'll be there by 8:30 (yes thats early for a Saturday). I'll get everything set up. Id like to run two heats. One at 9:15 and one at 10:00. That way we won't be on top of each other too much. We can all discuss who will go when -it really doesn't matter. I'll prob go at 10:00.
This is can be done partner style, half of it, quarter of it, and of course pull ups can be scaled and push ups can done on the knees. There are no rules, other than us grinding together and remembering why we are doing it.

There will be a BBQ afterwards. I am providing, burgers and hot dogs, buns and condiments. Paper products and water bottles. and of course smiles. 😄 oh and popsicles for any littles that are there. Bring some chairs- I'll have a tent.

** also please know that this workout can be scaled and modified to fit anyones fitness level. It can be done as a partner, half of it, a quarter of it, whichever fits your needs. We just want to a have a good turnout and some good fellowship.

** We will have two heats. Warm up starts at 9am, first heat is at 9:30 and second is at 10:00. BBQ following everyone's completion.

🌞We have 2 months till summer!!!! Come join in on the fun we have and see the physical and mental changes happen! Yes, we all want a summer body but that doesn't happen overnight.
