Fitness is fun yall! 🤩
Yes we do CrossFit. 🏋🏼
We also like to challenge ourselves and putting our fitness to the test.
Trail running is way harder than it seems. It’s a lot more fun with great friends who push you to the finish line. Those friends waiting for you to finish with their camera ready. Cheering you on like your mom and dad did as a kid!
The best feeling in the world is when you finish something you never thought you could do. Grab your friend and come join us!

It’s Monday AND Coach Kyle’s Birthday!! 🎉
We celebrated by doing some fitness of course. He completed a marathon trail run and got a PR! What better way to turn 36!
Happy birthday to the founder of GRCF and the one who keeps pushing us to get out of our comfort zones and see what we are truly made of.

And with that… 2025 is over and we couldn’t be more excited about 2026!
2025 we had a lot of first. First CrossFit comps, triathlons, trail runs, night runs, HYROX, 1/2 marathons… even getting snakes in our shoes.
