Congratulations Kirby Taylor! Welcome to “Pro” status within the Naturally Fit Federation! Kirby participated in the 2026 NFF Alamo Showdown Classic today having competed in the Body Building and Classic Physique divisions. Kirby designed his contest prep nutrition and lifting schedule then allowed me to provide some guidance on posing. Kirby’s physique was balanced coupled by his conditioning being spot on that led to first place in Bodybuilding, first place in Classic Physique – Class A and the Overall Classic Physique winner! All of the above culminating to Kirby obtaining his “Professional” classification within the NFF! Just a great example of what dedication, determination and perseverance may achieve! Thanks to everyone at Goetz Physical Culture Center for supporting Kirby through words and actions. Kirby may have been the competitor on stage but his success was the result of his wife and others as a team! FFHL

Today, we celebrate Seth. Seth has been a member of the gym since March 2023. Seth later became an employee in April 2024. We're so proud of Seth and the fine young man he has become. Soon he'll head off to the University of Oklahoma. We're super sad to see him go but we know he'll do great in all things.

Lisa Portwood Andersen is holding her first place position in Masters Bikini while Abel Ramirez (1st place / Novice / Bodybuilding) and Travis Campbell (2nd place / Heroes / Classic Physique) are taking their debut spots! Radonna and I as well as everyone at Goetz Physical Culter Center are extremely proud of yall’s accomplishments!
