Today we had a small squad head down to Trenton, NJ for Jiu Jitsu World League and we placed 11th best youth no gi team out of 169 teams 🔥

On Sept 9th, our 22nd cohort started Trasso’s 5 week intro to jiu jitsu program! These 11 beginners are learning how to bring the fight to the ground, establish a dominant position, lock in a submission, and fight off their backs. This program includes the #1 form of self defense, submission grappling, and self defense that are implemented and approved by military and law enforcement!
