- Bonds to Yelich: Catch it over the plate
- Trusting where he’s launching from will prevent mechanics from Breaking Down

When the environment changes, the mechanics shouldn’t change. When you know that spot, trust it.

The just got a little bigger after this weekend. Us coaches would like to thank you all for showing up and believing in yourself to become a better player! It’s never easy to try something new and step out of your comfort zone, but it’s a great feeling when you can immediately notice an improvement.

Every athlete that showed up for the clinic gave their best effort and had noticeable changes in their launch quickness. We are super grateful to be apart of the learning/development process and couldn’t have asked for a better turnout. Thank you to all the parents and players who came out from the local area and even the other side of the country. The desire to improve is unmatched!

With all that said, I’m proud to announce the opening of this new GRiT NJ location here im Ridgefield, NJ! Reach out to us to book your session and let’s get to work!

He fully understands what he needs to do to be successful at the next level, which is why we don’t really dwell on stats so much.

We build the technique and mechanics in parallel with strength/growth.

Excited to announce that Richard Schenck () and I will be holding our 2nd annual clinic this December.

Due to the early access from the online course members, the first 3 sessions are SOLD OUT.
