Students will learn techniques from Shotokan, Sh*to-Ryu, Goji Ryu, Judo, Aikido, Bo-Jitsu, Iaido and many other Japanese disciplines.

Dojo training session this past Saturday! What a wonderful time improving together and lifting each other up, sometimes literally! Those on the mat training ranged from 8 years old to 80+, and white belts to black belts with decades of experience.

We have more photos but seem unable to share as many as we would like. More to come as well as photos from our belt promotions after training. An amazing day!
