🚰💧 I started drinking 1 gallon of water a day many years ago..:and now I’m basically a houseplant with WiFi. 🌿📱

But seriously… here’s what happens when you commit to that gallon life:

💦 1. Glowing Skin
Water helps flush out toxins and keeps your skin hydrated. Translation: fewer dry patches, more “What have you been doing for your skin?” (It’s just water bro!”
🧠 2. Better Focus
Even mild dehydration can mess with your mood and concentration. Drinking enough water = brain running on premium instead of “low battery mode.”
⚡ 3. More Energy
Your body is about 60% water. When you’re hydrated, your heart doesn’t have to work as hard to pump blood. Result? Less fatigue, more “let’s get it.”
🏋🏽‍♀️ 4. Improved Workouts
Hydration helps regulate body temp and lubricate joints. Translation: better performance, fewer “why do my knees sound like Rice Krispies?” moments.
🍽️ 5. Appetite Control
Sometimes you’re not hungry… you’re just thirsty. Drinking water can help with portion control and reduce random snack attacks.
🚽 6. Better Digestion
Water keeps things moving. You know exactly what I mean. We love a regular queen/king. 👑

Happy New Year to everyone!

2026 will be a year of change—a time to reflect, embrace growth, and focus on becoming the best version of ourselves.

Some of us will continue crushing our goals, making small changes that lead to big improvements. Others will be embarking on new journeys to put themselves in better positions, both in and out of the gym. No matter where you’re starting, 2026 is the year to show that we’re not only strong in the gym, but strong outside of it too—mentally and physically.

When life throws us a curveball, we will embrace it, handle it, and overcome it. we will stay strong and figure it out as difficult as it might seem.

Change is good when you stay positive, realistic, and open to growth. It’s easy to focus on the negative, but it’s far more powerful to focus on the positive. Remember—we are built for this, in and out of the gym.

Let’s continue to crush 2026 the same way we crushed 2025—bigger, better, and more focused than ever before.

Life can be hard, but it can also be very good. Stay positive every single day, smile, and remember: the bad is temporary, and the good can last forever.
