We're excited to officially announce that registration for the Dungeon Wrestling Club's 2026–27 Winter Season is now LIVE!

Whether your wrestler is stepping onto the mat for the very first time or chasing a spot on the state podium, our winter season is designed to help every athlete learn, improve, compete with confidence, and reach their full potential. Along the way, they'll build resilience, discipline, friendships, and character that extend far beyond the wrestling mat.

Join the Dungeon and become part of a team that pursues excellence, celebrates hard work, and believes every wrestler deserves the opportunity to grow, compete, and succeed.

📅 Season Dates: November 30, 2026–March 2027
📍 Practice Location: Glenbard West High School Wrestling Room
⏰ Practice Schedule: 2–3 practices per week, 6:30–8:00 PM (see registration link for full details)
🏆 Competitions: Sunday tournaments included
🤼‍♂️ Who: Boys & Girls, ages 6–14
✅ All Experience Levels Welcome — Beginners Strongly Encouraged!

🤼‍♂️☀️💦🎉 DUNGEON SUMMER POOL PARTY 2026! 🎉💦☀️🤼‍♂️

Our annual program-wide Summer Pool Party was another incredible evening filled with laughter, cannonballs, waterslide races, high-dive bravery, and plenty of summer fun. It was wonderful seeing our wrestlers, parents, siblings, coaches, and friends from across the Glenbard West Wrestling family all together in one place.

One of our favorite parts of the night was seeing so many new families joining us alongside those who've been part of the Dungeon for years. Watching new friendships begin while old ones continue to grow is exactly why we look forward to this event every summer.

At the Dungeon, we believe the strongest wrestling programs are built both on and off the mat. Every practice, tournament, team dinner, parade, pool party, and shared experience helps create something bigger than wrestling—it builds a community where kids and families know they belong.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out and helped make it such a fun evening, and to the amazing staff at Sunset Pool for hosting us once again. We truly appreciate everything you do to help make this tradition possible!

🇺🇸🤼‍♂️ Celebrating the 4th of July with Our Dungeon Family! 🤼‍♂️🇺🇸

We had an incredible time celebrating Independence Day together!

A huge thank you to all of our wrestlers, families, coaches, and friends who joined us for this year's Glen Ellyn 4th of July Parade. We had an amazing time marching through town, handing out candy, and proudly representing the Dungeon while marching alongside the Glenbard West Wrestling program.

One of the highlights of the morning was seeing so many Dungeon wrestlers and their families along the parade route cheering us on. Whether you marched with us, waved from the sidelines, or caught some candy along the way, thank you for helping make the day so special. It was a wonderful reminder of the incredible wrestling family we've built together here in Glen Ellyn.

A special thank you to the Glenbard West Wrestling coaches and wrestlers for joining us this year. One of the things that makes the Dungeon so special is the connection our wrestlers have to the Glenbard West program. We love watching our athletes grow from young beginners into high school wrestlers, and we're proud to support them every step of the way.

After an incredible Summer Camp, we're excited to keep the momentum going! Registration for our 2026 Fall Preseason Wrestling Camp is officially open!

Whether your wrestler joined us for Summer Camp or is brand new to the Dungeon, Fall Camp is the perfect opportunity to build confidence, develop technique, and prepare for a successful winter season.

Our Fall Preseason Camp provides a fun, positive, and hard-working environment where wrestlers of all experience levels can continue to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation for the upcoming season.

☀️🤼‍♂️ Summer Camp Week 2 Recap

That's a wrap on another fantastic week—and an incredible Summer Camp!

Over the past two weeks, we've had the privilege of working with an outstanding group of young wrestlers. From campers stepping onto the mat for the very first time to returning athletes getting ready for another season, this group brought great attitudes, tremendous effort, and a willingness to challenge themselves every single day.

As coaches, we look forward to Summer Camp every year because it gives us the opportunity to meet new families, reconnect with returning wrestlers, and share our love for the sport of wrestling with the next generation. Thank you to all of our families for sharing your wrestlers with us and for trusting us to be a part of their summer.

A huge thank you to all of our campers, families, coaches, and volunteers for making this year's Summer Camp such a success. It's exciting to see our wrestling community continue to grow, and we can't wait to see what the future holds for these young wrestlers.

☀️🤼‍♂️ Summer Camp Week 1 Recap

What an incredible first week of Summer Camp!

This week, wrestlers of all ages and experience levels came to the Dungeon ready to learn, work hard, and have fun. From first-time wrestlers stepping onto the mat for the very first time to returning athletes continuing to sharpen their skills, it was an awesome week filled with learning, growth, and plenty of smiles.

One of our favorite parts of camp each year is watching young wrestlers discover what they're capable of. This week, we saw campers step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, make new friends, and experience what makes our sport so special.

We're also thrilled to see the Dungeon family continue to grow, with more wrestlers joining us this summer than ever before. It's been exciting to welcome so many new faces to the Dungeon and watch them become part of our wrestling community.

A huge thank you to our coaches, volunteers, and families for helping make Week 1 such a success. We are incredibly grateful for your support and for trusting us with your wrestlers.
