LET'S GET LOUD at Latin Night!  We'll GET BUSY with throwbacks and an injury prevention warm-up.  HIPS DON'T LIE - you'll be ready to LIMBO by the time we are done activating our muscles with the mini bands.  We'll raise the TEMPERATURE with skills and team shooting.  We'll HIT IT with our Swish Lab HIIT stations and will finish up with buzzer be**er shooting contests.
