Location change! This Saturday only!

Saturday we will be near the Lincoln Marsh at Church of the Resurrection in Wheaton. It will be a 2.0 workout, so family friendly.

We will have warm ups, stretching, stations (a mix of gymnastics stations and party type lawn games), and exercising.
