Most of the time, that nagging knee pain is actually a cry for help from your hips and ankles. When your glutes are weak or your hips are locked up, your knees end up doing all the heavy lifting they weren’t designed for. Stretching isn't always the answer, either—sometimes tightness is just your body’s way of saying, I’m weak and I need stability!
