And there’s even more to who we are. 🩵

Different roles. Different passions. Different lives — all coming together in one place.

These are the people behind the workouts, the smiles, and the community we love so much. 🫶🏼

Another part of who we are outside the gym. 💙

09/30/2026

Outside the gym, we’re so much more than our workouts. 🩵

We’re moms.
We’re dads.
We’re scientists.
We’re swimmers.
We’re stylists.
We’re engineers.
We’re grandmas.
We’re friends.
We’re so many things to so many people.

F45 is just one part of who we are — and we love getting to know the people behind the workouts. 🫶🏼

Here’s Part 1… and there’s more to come! 👀💙

New equipment 👀💪

The GHR is officially in the studio, and we’re putting it to work with Archer Push-Ups. One of those exercises that looks a lot easier than it actually is 😅🔥

What makes us happy?💙

This right here. 🥹 One room, so many people, all showing up for themselves and for each other. Getting stronger, cheering each other on, and becoming a little better every day. 🫶🏼

This is what makes F45 feel like more than just a workout. It’s the people, the energy, and the feeling we leave with. ✨

A little throwback to Triple Double because it’s back tomorrow! ❤️
We can’t wait to do it all over again with you. 💪🏼

We all make mistakes…
But not joining F45 Glen Cove? 😬

That might be one mistake you don’t want to keep making.

Come get your workout in, meet your new favorite people, and see why our members keep coming back. 💪🏼

Consider this your sign to finally give F45 a try. 👀🔥

When the rival gym walks past your gym 👀

We ride at dawn. 😂

31 people. One room. One goal.

31 people choosing to spend 45 minutes investing in themselves.

Different ages. Different backgrounds. Different strength levels. But for 45 minutes, everyone is working toward becoming stronger than they were yesterday.

Every rep. Every set. Every drop of sweat is building something bigger than muscles. It’s building confidence, resilience, discipline, and the habit of showing up when it matters.

That’s what makes this place special. It’s not just about lifting weights—it’s about becoming a stronger version of yourself, one workout at a time.

Keep showing up. Keep putting in the work. The results will follow. 💪❤️

70 athletes. 7 studios. 1 floor. 🔥

Our annual Summer Playoffs brought together the best from across our F45 community to see who would rise to the top. Every rep mattered. Every second counted. Every athlete left it all on the floor.

The energy was unreal, the support was louder than the competition, and watching our studios come together reminded us what this community is all about.

Proud of every single person who showed up and gave everything they had. Until next year... 👊
