We’re continuing our Grow With Warriors class spotlight series! Next up, we’re moving from Bears to our growing, more independent gymnasts:

OTTERS | Ages 3.5–5

Otters is an independent class—parents get to watch from the sidelines while gymnasts work with their coaches!

This class is designed for growing gymnasts who are ready for more independence. Coaches lead fun, structured activities that build confidence, coordination, and foundational gymnastics skills.

Skills include:
⭐ Front support on bars
⭐ Forward rolls
⭐ Walking on the balance beam
⭐ Hopping on one foot

Along with gymnastics skills, Otters practice important group skills like following directions, taking turns, staying with the group, and working toward completing skills independently.

Grow With Warriors

We’re continuing our class spotlight series and moving up from our littlest Cubs to our next group of growing gymnasts!

🐻 BEARS | Ages 2–3.5 Years

Our Bears class is a fun, parent-participation class that builds on the skills introduced in Cubs while helping young gymnasts gain more confidence, coordination, and independence.

With a parent or caregiver by their side, Bears move through fun, structured gymnastics stations led by our experienced coaches. Athletes will work on:

⭐ Jumping with two feet
⭐ Hanging from a bar
⭐ Walking on the balance beam
⭐ Forward rolls on a cheese mat
⭐ Strength, coordination & body awareness
⭐ Following directions and gaining independence

Bears is all about learning through movement while building confidence and preparing our young athletes for their next step at Warriors!

As our Bears grow and become more independent, they’ll continue progressing through our Warriors class program based on age and skill readiness.
