We are heartbroken by the tragic accident involving the Milligan University cycling team in Tennessee. Two young cyclists lost their lives, and seven others were injured when a vehicle struck the team while they were riding.
As a bike shop and members of the cycling community, this tragedy hits especially close to home. Every time someone gets on a bicycle, they are trusting the people around them to share the road & help keep them safe.
Our deepest condolences go out to the families and friends of those who lost their lives, and we are keeping the injured riders, their teammates, coaches, families, and the entire Milligan community in our thoughts.
Please, wherever you are, slow down, stay alert, and give cyclists plenty of room. A moment of care on the road can make all the difference.
