Every day we are at a different location and exercising outside. You will paddle boats, climb ropes, negotiate obstacles as a team, and get in the best shape of your life. Training is at your pace so you do not have to show up in shape, we will help you get there! You must complete our two-week Basic Fitness Class before you are eligible for full-time membership. Many men and women have been with us for over 10 years!
